Investment Structure: A preference to secure 100 percent ownership; also amenable to partnerships with companies that share LT Corporation’s core values.
Company EBITDA: Ideally, well-performing companies with EBITDA of $2M to $10M. We are also open to other opportunities with an extremely strong strategic fit.
Industry Focus: Pressure Vessels, Storage and Process Tanks, Steel Fabrication as well as products and services complementary to LT Corporation’s existing Propane Solutions businesses.
Management Team: Continuity during and after post-closing integration with limited management transitions.
