Health and Safety

At LT Corporation, the health and safety of all our stakeholders is core to who we are and what we do. It isn't simply a slogan. We live it every day. Internally and externally. On the job and off. All safety standards are strictly observed in all operations of our business, and we promote off the job safety as a way of encouraging the idea of Safety First, Safety Always. At LT Corporation, we strive to incorporate health and safety into our daily lives by integrating it not only in the way we work but in how we live our lives!

Environment and Sustainability

LT Corporation is committed to minimizing the impact our production processes and products have on the environment. We accomplish this through continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with all environmental regulatory requirements each and every day we are in operation. These expectations are consistent across our LT Corporation family of companies.

Supporting Communities

We generously share with our employees and with the communities in which we operate by giving our time to volunteer as well as donations of money. We encourage our employees to also “pay it forward.”

Last year, LT Corporation and its subsidiaries supported more than 40 organizations with over $350,000 in volunteer time and monetary donations for services to children, families and veterans in need, as well as to education and the arts. In 2020, the organizations we helped were especially impacted by the global pandemic, including food pantries, hospitals, humane societies, chambers of commerce, arts councils, local school systems, the Boys & Girls Club, United Way, Delta State University, and the Wounded Warrior Project, among others.
