We also recognize that long-term performance will be achieved by diversifying our offerings to serve additional customers and markets while staying true to our steel fabrication and propane industry roots. Geography: U.S.A.
Investment Structure: A preference to secure 100 percent ownership; also amenable to partnerships with companies that share LT Corporation’s core values.
Company EBITDA: Well-performing companies with consistent EBITDA of $4M to $10M coupled with a good strategic fit.
Industry Focus: Pressure Vessels, Storage and Process Tanks, non-architectural Steel Fabrication as well as products and services complementary to LT Corporation’s existing Propane Storage Solutions businesses.
Management Team: Continuity during and after post-closing integration with limited management transitions.
Culture: A demonstrated fit with LT Corporation’s values and family heritage.
