1957: Quality Steel Corporation was founded by Lowry Tims

• Tims, a former Liquid Propane Gas Inspector, owned LT Gas Company.
• He was tired of buying poor quality tanks and decided to build his own.
• Quality Steel Corporation was established in Cleveland, Mississippi.

2004: LT Corp established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

2006: Quality Steel Corporation became one of three major players in the industry.

2013: American Welding & Tank was acquired into Quality Steel.

• We grew the Quality Steel Corporation manufacturing footprint and business by adding two more locations in Ohio and Utah.

2019: LP Cylinder joined the family of companies.

• We grew our LT Corp business and balanced our capabilities with LPC as a leading refurbisher of propane tanks.
• Added two facilities in Pennsylvania.

2020: Buckeye Fabricating joined the family of companies

• We diversified our business outside of propane with the acquisition of Buckeye to include custom designed and manufactured pressure vessels.
