CLEVELAND, Miss. – LT Corp, the parent company of Quality Steel Corporation (Quality Steel or QSC) and LP Cylinder Service, Inc (LPC), announced Oct. 28 the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Buckeye Fabricating Company (Buckeye Fabricating).
Buckeye Fabricating, founded in 1963 and operating with its manufacturing facility in Springboro, Ohio is an industry leader in the fabrication of custom-designed welded steel ASME pressure vessels and non-code tanks. Buckeye Fabricating serves a variety of end users in multiple industries and has established itself as one of America’s more prominent producers of custom fabricated pressure vessels and process tanks.
